• All day venue and property access. Parking available. Time includes set up and take down of personal items and decorations. Day ends at 11:00 PM.

• 4 Whiskey barrels and entry tables, ladders, rustic doors and backdrops, cake table, gift tables, mantel, wall decor, picture frames, hanging pallets.

• Serving platters, beverage containers, refrigerator access, sink and running water.

• Hanging chandelier, hanging lights, candlesticks with candles, and various faux greenery options. 

• Smart TV connection for picture slideshows.

• Sound system with Bluetooth or wired connection. Microphone included. 

• Everything is included in the price, excluding the price of propane for the Grain Bin fire pit.
